Defining the Kensington Style
"I think what sets us apart is that we have a distinctive look and style to our homes," Dave explains. "We have a lot of classical looks and arts and crafts styles, but we also have prairie modern fronts that we're getting a lot of positive feedback on."

Dave Wooden has already seen a tremendous amount of interest and demand for RidgeWood West, as it's the first new housing development in Charleswood in a long time. He foresees many current Charleswood residents moving to the community, and for many newcomers to make the leap as well.
The community has "a high dedication to parks, green spaces and walking paths, making it very pedestrian-friendly for families with active lifestyles," he explains when asked what is drawing people to the area. "I think people are also impressed by the cost of the lots. They’re excited to be able to build brand new in such an established area that offers so many amenities.”
