Qualico Communities has submitted three applications to the City of Winnipeg that will complete the final phase of RidgeWood West, Phase 3B.
The applications will create a total of 70 lots, comprised of 41 single-family lots with double-car attached garages, 17 single-family lots with single-car attached garages as well as, 12 duplex units with single-car attached garages.
Servicing is set to begin in late summer 2021 with completion this fall. With this timeline, potential lot release dates are late 2021/early 2022 depending on the application status and market demand.
Located in the southwest corner of the community, Phase 3B will also include a new public reserve space that is outlined as part of its applications. This will be the final piece in completing the naturalized trail system in RidgeWood West
